Sandra Brooks
Sandra Brooks is a 2004 magna cum laude graduate of Towson University, where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science. While attending Towson University, she was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, National Honor Society for Political Science and Pre-Law Society.
Sandra received her juris doctor in 2007 from the University of Baltimore. During law school, she was a founder and member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity. For almost three years during law school, Sandra served as a law clerk for the Law Office of William H. Roberge, Jr. Prior to joining the Law Office of Cheryl Lynn Hepfer, Ms. Brooks worked as a tax controversy associate in Rockville, Maryland.
She is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. Sandra is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
